The national postal operator Czech Post (Česká pošta) provides services for the reception, storage and delivery of postal items. It has been operating since January 1, 1993. The main office is located in Prague. The company has more than 2700 branches in the Czech Republic. The company employs 37,000 people. About 3,500 cars are used to transport parcels.
In addition to standard delivery, Czech Post provides express delivery of documents and parcels by EMS. Departure will be at destination until 2PM the next business day. The maximum parcel size is 2400 mm, the maximum weight is 10 kg.

Track your shipment status
To track your package, enter the track number on the main page of the Сzeck Post website. To do this, go to the "Useful tools" / "Track & Trace" section. In the field "Čísla zásilek" you need to enter the departure number. The shipment number is assigned to all parcels.
The post office number of the Czech Post begins with two capital letters. The first letter depends on the type of shipment: R for small packets, C for parcels, E for EMS shipments. Then comes the 9-digit number, followed by the capital letters CZ (designation of the Czech Republic, the country to which the postal service belongs).
