China EMS (ePacket) specializes in delivering letters and parcels, as well as providing logistics services. It was founded in June 2010. It is the oldest and largest company of it’s kind in China.

China EMS has offices in 31 provinces (including Hong Kong and Taiwan). In total, there are about 80,000 branches in the country. The company has at its disposal more than 450 warehouse centers with an area of about 3.6m2. China EMS provides delivery within China (in the service area - 2000 cities), as well as international delivery. The company uses the resources of the international EMS delivery service. China EMS distribution centers are located in all major Chinese cities.

Types of delivery

China EMS offers the following types of delivery within the country:

• express delivery (delivery of mail and cargo within a short period of time);
• economical express ePacket (used to deliver goods to customers of online stores);
• express parcel (fast parcel delivery by ground transportation).

Based on the information provided by USPS, there are some requirements that need to be met when it comes to the package or parcel being sent using ePacket delivery. Most of these requirements have to do with the weight and dimensions of the product.

• Weight. The weight of the package being shipped cannot exceed 2 kg (4.4l bs). This weight includes the weight of the product, the filler material, the shipping box and any other packaging material. The only exception to this weight rule is for Israel, where the packages can weigh up to 3 kg (6.6 lbs).
• Value. The value of any product being shipped, cannot be more than $400 (US Dollars), and must be shipped from China or Hong Kong to one of the countries that is eligible for ePacket delivery.
• Minimum Package Size. A regular packet should not have a length less than 14 cm and width less than 11 cm.
• Maximum Package Size. The longest side of a regular package should not be more than 60 cm. Additionally, the sum of the length, width and height should not be greater than 90 cm. The longest side of a rolled-up package should not be more than 90 cm. Additionally, twice the diameter plus the length should not be more than 104 cm.
