Track packages
Customers using Hermes services can track the the status of their orders on the website of the company. Go to the “Track shipment” section and enter the order number or the parcel number to the corresponding field.
The number is assigned to every parcel upon the registration (including mails and non-standard cargoes). It consists of 14 symbols (letters and digits or only digits). You will get the number via email or sms.
Our service can help track the location of the parcel sent by Hermes as well. The tracking number is required to be able to do it.
