In order to track the package you will need a tracking number. Japan Post tracking number consists of 13 characters: 4 letters and 9 digits. The initial letter of the number depends on the type of departure:
- for small packages - R;
- for parcels - C;
- for EMS items - E.
The second letter and subsequent 9 digits for each shipment are unique. The last two letters indicate which country the postal service belongs to. In the case of Japan Post, the letters J are located at the end of the number.
The tracking number must be entered in the "Track & Trace Service" field. Information will be provided in English or Japanese.
