Track Your Joom Parcels

Joom is quite a young platform. It started only in 2016 but rapidly earned reputation. Why is Joom so popular? What are its peculiarities? 

Joom, just like AliExpress, offers a wide range of various products at affordable prices. Its work is based on the same principles that AliExpress works on. Sellers offer their products and they send the orders to customers by themselves. But Joom has 3 advantages in comparison with the competitor: 

1. The refund is provided if the item doesn’t correspond to its description. 
2. The refund is provided if the product isn’t delivered in 75 days from the date of purchase. 
3. To get a refund you only need to contact support (and not to open a dispute like on AliExpress). 

Joom has a user-friendly interface and provides the ability to log in via social networks. The shipping address must be specified only once. If the order is sent by the national postal service, then it’s also processed by the national postal service of the destination country. But if the parcel is processed by courier services, then the identification code is required. If the code isn’t provided, the parcel will be returned to the sender along with money (within 75 days). 

Track orders from Joom

The parcel gets the number after making the order on Joom. This number consists of letters and numbers. However, you won’t be able to track the status with this number. You will need a tracking number to be able to do it. This number is assigned to parcels by the courier service that carries out the delivery of the product. The number depends on the company.

You can track the location of the parcel on Joom website. To do it, go to “My Orders” section and enter the tracking number in the corresponding field. The status can also be tracked on our website.
